We use a variety of suppliers from all over the country. Shipping times will vary but, in general, most items are delivered in less than two weeks. If it has been more than 10 business days and you have not received your order (and have no tracking info to follow), feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it for you. **Note: There are a few items that do take longer but we have added that information on those product pages about the shipping times.
We accept product returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a store credit will be issued.
We treat exchanges the same as returns by issuing store credit upon receiving the returned items. Send us an email at email@example.com for return details.
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization instructions. Unfortunately, we can't refund shipping costs but, in the case of defective merchandise, we will provide a store discount code to use on your next purchase in addition to the store credit for the defective item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
